You may, at any time, choose not to receive any or all of our promotional or marketing materials of us and event invitations (whether in the form of email, post, or other communication channels) by emailing us at info@everriseintl.com.

We may also share your Personal Data with our business partners if it is necessary to perform the products or services offered by us or our business partners.

We may also share your Personal Data with our business partners for direct marketing. • our staffs, as well as our Partners such as vendors, other service providers (see “Direct marketing” above);

• a competent court of law, law enforcement agency, Office of the Communications Authority or other governmental, statutory or regulatory authority, institution or organization; and

Some of the parties to whom we disclose Personal Data may be situated outside Hong Kong. The collected Personal Data may be transmitted to and stored in data centers of third‐party data storage provider(s) within or outside of Hong Kong.
